I'm Married Now

If you heard I was married you heard right. I was wed at one of the Las Vegas wedding chapels since the last time I blogged. We’d been planning it for awhile but kept getting tangled up in all the details and the guest list which seemed to just keep growing by the day.

The smartest thing we did was to decide to just go out to Nevada and do it. Just the two of us. There were plenty of Las Vegas wedding chapels to decide among but we already knew we wanted to be wed at A Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas because some dear friends had held their Elvis wedding there and it was a hoot! We opted for something far more traditional.

They did have many packages to choose from though. Whether you wanted Elvis at your ceremony or to be wed in a limo or helicopter, they could do it. They have Grand Canyon, Red Rocks, and the Valley of Fire Weddings. Some people really go all out. But we just wanted to be wed.

We spent out honeymoon in Vegas spending lots of money gambling, seeing shows and dining at some phenomenal restaurants. It was the best time either of us had ever had. I have to say, we’re really glad we did it our way and went to Las Vegas, just the two of us.
